Some donors want to support a specific programme. Others want to support the overall work and trust us to direct their donation where it is needed most. This campaign is for that kind of giving.
Dr. Phil-afel Foundation works across Hanover Park and surrounding communities through programmes focused on children, women, youth, rehabilitation, upliftment, and practical community support. Behind every outing, session, proposal, handout, and partnership is a long list of costs that keep the foundation moving.
The General Fund covers the needs that do not always fit neatly into one campaign — stipends, accounting support, tech costs for fundraising and proposal work, documenting the work we do, transport and team movement, professional support where needed, vehicle-related needs, and urgent operational gaps that affect delivery across all our programmes.
This fund keeps the foundation responsive. It helps us act when needs arise, keep systems running, and strengthen the work across everything we do.
Dr. Phil-afel Foundation is a registered South African NPO and Section 18A-approved PBO. Donations are tax deductible, and certificates are issued on request.
